Medication Refill Request:

Patients can now request medication refills through the MIYO portal.

1. Log in to the MIYO portal. 

2. The medication tab appears on the patient's dashboard with a summary view of all active medications. 

3. Click on "Request Refill" to send a refill request. 

How to set up an account:

1. Call the Clinic to schedule an appointment as a new patient.

2. Look for a link in your email.

3. Set up a patient portal through the link.

 

Billing:

Patients can access their own billing statements through the portal.

1. Log in to the portal.

2. Click the billing tab.

3. Download billing statements based on the date of the visit.

 

Appointments:

Patients can view their upcoming appointments through the portal without having to call Katy Psychiatry.

1. Log in to the portal.

2. View the home tab.

3. Look under "Upcoming Appointments."

 

Demographics:

Patients can change/update their demographic information via the portal.

1. Log in to the portal.

2. View "Account Settings."

3. Change demographics.

4. Save changes.​
